The site administrator reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the user
agreement without prior notice to the user. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly
review the terms of this agreement.
The user agrees to the following terms:
A) All information that you provide to us for your membership is correct.
B) You will not use your membership to spam, harrass, or exploit other members in any
way.
C) Vulgar, Abusive, Racist and Sexist Language will not be tolerated.
D) No mass posting or flooding of the boards is allowed.
E) Advertising on the forum pages is limited to paid banner ads, business, classified listings
with Aus-Bizlist and free community ads from the A-B community pages. Any other advertising will
be removed by moderators in each forum.
F)Whilst we welcome notification about scams and warnings about unfair or non trustworthy
businesses - comments from time to time in the forum or on websites operated by Aus-Bizlist, do
not necessarily share our opinion -
Aus-Bizlist therefore is not to be held liable for any miss representation from the comments
made by users or advertisers, on our web pages. This disclaimer is to be read in conjunction with
the terms and conditions of Aus-Bizlist

G) Our moderators are volunteers and they will do their best to allow fair content in the forums,
however if you find something i n a post in the A-B forums to be against the Policy for the A-B
Forum, please let us know.
H) Moderators are responsible to the Forum Webmaster and director of Aus-Bizlist, please do not
hold anyhting against our moderators as they may not have been the person to make the decision on
removing material.
